  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
  5. Flip the quesadilla and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole wheat English muffins, split
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on each muffin half.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and top with bell peppers, mushrooms, and spinach.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup granola

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions:
